Expat Expo 2009

As the name of the fair suggests, Expat Expo 2009 is an event particularly for expatriates in the Czech Republic. No matter what their age, nationality or family status – more than 5,000 expats will gather in one place not only to get useful information and contacts, but also to enjoy a pleasant day in the company of their old and new friends.

If you’ve just arrived:

If you’re still finding your feet in the Czech Republic, we’ll have information on buying a car, finding a home, banking or even the best places to send your children to school. Our stands devoted to the major holiday spots in the Czech Republic will ensure that you get the most from your time in this country. Best of all, there is no better place to meet interesting people, find new friends and, essentially, join a community or even a charity.

If you’re already an expat in the Czech Republic:

Admittedly, if you have already been here a few years you will be familiar with the basics of living in the Czech Republic but Expat Expo 2009 covers so much more than that. As well as giving you a wealth of ideas about where to visit now that you’ve made the Czech Republic your second home, there will also be a dedicated property section to help you make the important decision about whether to buy or continue renting. We’ve had a huge amount of interest in the Expo from expats who all plan to attend, so come along and perhaps you’ll come away with a new friend too!

We believe this event will contribute greatly to the successful integration of newly arrived, as well as veteran expats, and the Czechs.
